Good Forensics privacy notice
01Privacy is the product
Good Forensics exists so you can check your own accounts without a boutique retainer. That only works if we treat your data like evidence in a hard room: minimize what we hold, delete what we analyze, and never sell attention.
02What we collect
- When you open a Case File: your email address, the platform you chose, the situation label you picked, optional concern text, and basic technical metadata needed to run the service.
- When you upload an export: the file bytes are processed for analysis. By policy we analyze and delete the export — we do not keep your zip as a lasting archive.
- Analysis outputs we may retain with your Case File: Account Stress Index, phase, gap note, finding titles/descriptions, and related scores — so you can return via your private link.
- If you join the Foundation waitlist for updates: your email and the program tag, same as other programs.
03What we will never do
- We never sell Case File data or use it for advertising.
- We never use your export or findings to train AI models for The Good Institute or anyone else.
- We never require you to install monitoring software on your phone as a condition of use.
- We never ask you to upload someone else's accounts. Only check data you are authorized to access.
04Who helps us run it
Hosting, email delivery, and database providers process data under instructions to run Good Forensics only. Stripe checkout paths may exist in legacy code; the public product is free and does not require payment for your report.
05Safety features
Quick exit leaves a neutral page and is meant for shared or supervised devices. It is not a guarantee against every form of device monitoring. If you suspect stalkerware on a phone, seek advocate or tech-safety help before using that device.
06Your rights
Email tg@taylorgood.com to ask what we hold for your Case File email, to correct it, or to delete it. We respond within 30 days when we can identify the records.
