Google Takeout is the richest free export for login and activity signals. Prefer JSON.
Steps

Open takeout.google.com on a device you trust (library or private window if home is watched).

Click Deselect all — you do not need your whole Drive.

Select Access Log Activity, My Activity, and Location History if listed.

Choose Export once, .zip format, and the smallest size that fits (often 2 GB).

Create export. Google emails a download link when ready (often 24–48 hours).

Download the zip to a USB stick or Downloads folder you will clear after the check.
Stay safer while you wait
- Do not leave the zip on a shared Desktop.
- If email is monitored, download at a library and run the check there.
- Esc on any Good Forensics page is Quick exit.
When the file is ready
- Bring the zip to /forensics/check — the file never leaves your browser.
- Print or download your report, then wipe the session.
- Delete the zip from Downloads when you are done.
